Paradise Bay Water Park

The award winning state-of-the-art facility features Hurricane Cove, a zero-depth entry leisure pool with spouts, fountains, water sprays, whirlpool, and host to Sidewinder (body slide), Wipeout, (bowl slide), Pipeline (speed slide) and the Alligator Crossing water walk. Splashdown, a 12-foot dive well, boasts both a 3-meter and 1-meter dive board and a drop slide. Dolphin Cove, the 8-lane lap pool can be set up to encourage lap swim, water basketball or water volleyball. The young visitors will enjoy a zero-depth entry Turtle Cove with its fountains, island, water slide just their size.

Pool Pass Renewal & Registration
Renewal by Mail
If you purchased a Water Park Season Pass in 2011 and still have the pass, registering for your 2012 season pass is easy. Simply fill out the registration form or the registration form you receive in the mail, including each pass number you wish to renew (located above the UPC bar code on each season pool pass) and mail your registration to:

Your passes will be ready for use on Paradise Bay Water Park’s Opening Day! Season passes are valid for admission to daily swim, family night, adult water walking, deep water swim and lap swim, and parent-tot swim time. Season passes are not valid for admission to aquatic programs including swim lessons and aqua aerobics.
Pool Pass Registration In Person
March 1-August 30
You may register for a pool pass Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-7:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am-1:00 pm at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. Pool pass sales are not available 5/26, 5/28, 7/4.
Photo ID’s
Season pass holders will need to be photographed for their season pass card. This identification card must be presented to be admitted to the Paradise Bay Water Park. You will not be admitted without a pass. Photographs will be taken during regularly scheduled season pass registration hours.
Regulations for Photo IDs
The photo ID is non-transfereable and is for the exclusive use of the person to whom it is issued at the time of purchase. Violation of this regulation automatically revokes pool privileges and will result in the confiscation of the pass for the summer. Report lost or stolen ID’s immediately to the Sunset Knoll Recreation Center at (630) 620-7322. There is a $3 fee to replace all lost or stolen photo ID’s.
