All ice skating rinks are now closed for the season. No skating/walking/etc is permitted on the ice.
Please follow our flag system on ponds open for skating. A green flag means skating is open and a red flag means Danger! Keep off!
When weather conditions allow (several days of below freezing temperatures), park district staff will begin flooding the ice rinks. It takes a minimum of three days of below freezing weather to produce safe ice. A daily update on whether the rinks are open or closed will appear on here or on facebook.com/lombardparks.
