Bring your coffee and picnic basket to Four Seasons and enjoy a full morning of fishing. Trophies are awarded for biggest, smallest, and most caught in both youth and adult age groups. All state codes will apply; and since this occurs during Illinois Free Fishing Day, it is legal to fish without a license at this event. Please bring a fishing pole and bucket for a live well. Program will conclude at 11:30 am and be followed by an awards presentation. Event will take place rain or shine. Pre-registration is required; registration deadline is 6/5.
Ready for an energetic, fun-filled summer? Day Camp provides children with a wide array of activities ranging from indoor/outdoor games, team sports, crafts, and themed events. Camp is designed to meet the needs and interests of all campers. During each 2-week camp session, campers will experience two field trips via school bus and either a walking trip or extra pool day. Field trip fees are included in all camp packages. All campers attending camp the day of a field trip are required to go on the trip. 2012 field trips included Xtreme trampoline, LegoLand, Pelican Harbor Water Park, Lincoln Park Zoo, and more! Walking trips include visits to the Lombard Lagoon for fishing and cookouts, Lombard Spray Park, Helen Plum Library, Dairy Queen, and Lilacia Park. Camp meets at the Lombard Community Building every Wednesday during the summer and visits Paradise Bay Water Park in the afternoon. If weather is inclement on Wednesdays, camp will still be held at the Lombard Community Building. T-shirts should be worn on all field trips and pool days. Participants should bring a sack lunch, water bottle and a towel every day to camp. Three and five day packages must be attended within the same week. Three day packages are only available for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Parent manuals will be handed out at the time of registration at Sunset Knoll or are available online if registering online at our website. Forms must be handed in before first day of Camp.
